**Job Summary**
As a Supervisor in our CSF department, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. You'll provide coaching, training, and feedback to your team members, and work closely with management to achieve departmental goals. You'll also be responsible for monitoring performance, preparing performance evaluations, and conducting quality reviews.
**Responsibilities**
* Supervise a team of customer service representatives and provide coaching, training, and feedback to ensure exceptional service delivery
* Monitor performance and prepare performance evaluations to ensure team members are meeting or exceeding expectations
* Conduct quality reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Work closely with management to achieve departmental goals and objectives
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
* Research and resolve complex customer issues and escalate to management as needed
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance
* Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure arenaflex remains competitive
**Qualifications**
* High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 2-4 years of progressive experience in customer service, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role
* Lead or supervisory experience in a call center environment required
* Health care or health insurance experience preferred
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
* Experience with a workforce management tool preferred
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

* Primarily sedentary, able to sit for long periods of time
* Ability to speak, see, and hear other personnel and/or objects

* Capable of using a telephone and computer keyboard
* Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
