This role requires independent and self-directed performance while working across a greater team. **Key Responsibilities** * Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients. * Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications. * Conduct adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies. * Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers while proactively gaining patient and order information. * Provide customer education and routine assessment and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist. * Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education. **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone. * 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application. * Must reside in the state of Nevada. * Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting. * Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements. * Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
