From the widespread and growing availability of 5G and Fiber to working on things we once only dreamed of, at arenaflex, we create connections that change the world. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative - Sales (Hybrid), you'll be on the frontline providing solutions to prospective and existing customers to enhance their service experience, drive satisfaction, and foster loyalty. You'll handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment, accurately resolving issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections. You'll explain bills and product features clearly, troubleshoot basic problems, and seek higher support if needed.
