Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Generalist to join our team. As a Service Generalist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our clients and internal financial service advisors through inbound and outbound calls, as well as processing a variety of financial service transactions. Your role will involve entering federal funds wire transfers, 529 College Savings Plan distributions, direct rollovers, and other verbal eligible transactions, all while maintaining a high level of risk and fraud prevention awareness to safeguard client accounts and minimize potential losses to the company. Additionally, you will be trained to process requests via paperwork when segment volumes require support, ensuring seamless service delivery across all channels. Key Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional client service through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all client interactions are handled with professionalism and a client-centric approach. - Process financial service transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including federal funds wire transfers, 529 College Savings Plan distributions, and direct rollovers. - Employ a high risk and fraud prevention mindset to protect client accounts and minimize risk to the company. - Be adaptable and willing to assist in processing requests via paperwork as needed to support segment volumes. - Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements and assisting teammates. - Demonstrate operational discipline in handling routine and standard operational functions, covering one or more operations functional areas such as analyses, report generation, opening new accounts, trade processing, payment processing, and data entry. - Assist with managing phone calls, email boxes, and processing queues to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience in customer service and/or call center environments. - Familiarity with money movement transactions and financial services. - Strong customer and client focus, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional service. - Experience with data collection and entry, and a keen eye for detail. - Knowledge of process effectiveness and a mindset geared towards continuous improvement. - Active listening skills and the ability to understand and determine proper solutions to client needs. - Background in customer service management, data quality management, and result orientation. - Understanding of business operations management, business process analysis, critical thinking, and process management.
