**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative – Remote Freight and Logistics Support, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless freight operations, including coordinating with dispatchers, drivers, and other stakeholders

**Requirements**
