As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering calls and chats, and resolving complex issues related to online orders, follow-ups, and deliveries. If you're a people person with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Answer a high volume of incoming calls and chats, providing exceptional service to our clients * Resolve complex issues related to online orders, follow-ups, and deliveries, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Utilize various computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or answering chats * Work as the primary point of contact between arenaflex clients, merchants, purchasing, and activities staff * Provide exceptional service, using critical thinking and decisive reasoning abilities to determine request/item/conveyance issues * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions to our clients **Essential Qualifications** * Secondary School Diploma or GED equivalent * Internet Business Customer Service Specialist Certificate after completion of a 14-day training program * Past customer service experience (desired) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proficient business writing skills * Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities **Preferred Qualifications** * Strong foundation in customer service, including excellent relational skills, brief friendly assistance, and phenomenal follow-through * Ability to adjust and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Ability to take ownership and tackle issues * Ability to exhibit learning and thinking abilities * Strong time management skills * Bilingual capabilities (desired) **arenaflex Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
