**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as a liaison between our clients and our team of experts, providing product and service information, resolving emerging problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for:
* Answering questions about our products and services
* Processing purchase orders
* Troubleshooting basic technical problems
* Handling customer complaints
* Managing large numbers of incoming and outgoing calls
* Meeting customer service team sales targets
* Managing records of customer complaints
* Managing interdepartmental emails in a timely manner
* Retaining customers for future scheduling
* Ensuring overall customer satisfaction with regards to communication, workmanship, and quality
* Completing all required company training and compliance courses
* Performing related duties as assigned
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* No prior experience or training required
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyze and resolve problems
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
