**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, both online and in-store. You'll engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a fantastic customer experience. You'll also be responsible for operating cash registers, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Engage with customers and provide exceptional customer service, both online and in-store
* Resolve customer issues and answer questions in a timely and professional manner
* Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate records
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, counters, and stockrooms
* Assist with visual merchandising, including creating displays and resetting shelves
* Implement employer asset protection strategies to prevent and reduce shrinkage
* Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding regulated products
* Participate in special assignments and other duties as assigned
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Six months of experience in a retail environment
* Previous experience working with arenaflex
* Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
**Skills and Competencies**

* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
