As a key member of our retail operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. If you're a motivated individual with a passion for delivering outstanding results, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer * Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns * Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process * Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges * Implement agency asset safety strategies to prevent and reduce earnings loss * Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to regulated products * Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, including constructing and maintaining shows and promotional displays * Assist with inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory, and rotating stock to ensure freshness and quality * Provide support for in-store events and promotions, including setup and teardown * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) * Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations **Preferred Qualifications** * Six months of experience in a retail environment * Prior experience with arenaflex or a similar company * Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) * Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and knowledge.
