**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative on our 3rd shift team, you'll play a critical role in scheduling, assigning, and monitoring loads to ensure seamless overnight operations. You'll be responsible for:
* Accepting, scheduling, and assigning loads using TruckMate or similar Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
* Communicating with drivers and driver managers to align schedules and priorities
* Monitoring load progress to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
* Addressing customer and driver concerns with professionalism and clarity
* Balancing the needs of drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure smooth night operations
* Maintaining accurate records and inputting updates within our systems
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Prior experience in a transportation, dispatch, or logistics support role
* Familiarity with TruckMate is a strong plus, but not required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
* Ability to stay organized and focused during overnight hours
* Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
* Must be located in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.
