**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Federal Student Loan Servicing**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining quality expectations for inbound and outbound customer interactions. You'll work in a fast-paced, professional environment, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing efficient and accurate handling of inquiries regarding student loans, account updates/changes, and repayment options within policies and Federal and State regulations. * Handling inbound/outbound customer calls in a highly productive call center environment while meeting quality assurance and key performance indicators. * Providing assistance with completion of customer applications to meet the guidelines outlined in department procedures. * Ensuring the highest levels of privacy and security to protect customer data while providing exceptional customer service. **Training and Development** New hires will undergo a comprehensive training program to understand federal regulations and company policies, as well as the use of customer relationship tools to offer personalized interaction to meet the unique needs of each customer inquiry. The training program will include: * A 5-6 week remote paid training curriculum, with hours of training from 8am to 5pm (Central Time), Monday through Friday. * A focus on developing your skills in customer service, problem-solving, and communication. * Opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues and industry experts. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School diploma or GED. * 6 months of contact center or customer service experience in a business environment. * 6 months of computer experience in a business environment. * The ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance (Federal 5C). * A friendly and professional speaking voice and patient demeanor. * Outstanding attendance and punctuality. * Ability to provide excellent customer service. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills. * Strong computer skills (basic troubleshooting, fast and accurate typing, and using web browsers). * Reliable high-speed internet using a hard-wired ethernet connection. * Reliable transportation to a CRI facility throughout the course of employment. **Preferred Qualifications** * A Bachelor's degree. * Call Center experience. * 6 months of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote) experience. **Work Environment** As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer and internet connection. You'll be expected to be available to work a 40-hour scheduled shift during operational hours, which include: * Monday: 8am-11pm EST. * Tuesday: 8am-8pm EST. * Wednesday: 8am-8pm EST. * Thursday: 8am-8pm EST. * Friday: 8am-8pm EST. * Saturday: 10am-2pm EST. **Compensation and Benefits** * $17.75 per hour. * $4.57 per hour paid (capped at 40 hours per week) in Health and Welfare, which covers the full cost of employee-only medical, dental, and vision premiums. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * A dynamic and supportive work environment. **Equal Opportunity Employer** arenaflex is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
