Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone, email, or other communication channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their inquiries and concerns.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our ETM software operation, billing and account operations, and other relevant systems and processes.
- Research and resolve patient billing issues, updating insurance coverage and printing courtesy claims and itemized statements as needed.
- Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans, rebilling accounts, and performing other duties and assignments as requested.
- Document all patient interactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to our quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including healthcare providers, billing specialists, and other customer service representatives, to ensure seamless and effective communication.
Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously.
