As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within the business.
**Position Overview**
We're seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating forklifts, assisting with data entry tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. If you're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping customers, and are willing to learn and adapt to new tasks, we'd love to hear from you!
**Key Responsibilities**
* Greet and assist customers with their needs as they arrive at our location
* Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and directing customers to the correct parts
* Operate forklifts to load and unload auto parts, both manually and with assistance of machinery
* Assist customers in identifying and locating additional parts as needed, including looking up part numbers or checking inventory
* Process customer payments accurately using our point-of-sale system
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in the customer service area and in the warehouse
* Perform other data entry tasks as needed to support the daily operations of the business, including updating inventory, entering part orders, and assisting with other administrative duties
**Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience preferred (auto parts experience a plus)
* Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to learn (training provided)
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team and customers
* Basic computer skills for looking up parts, processing payments, and performing data entry tasks
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Must be able to work full-time (Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm)
