**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate - Housekeeper, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities, including Emanuel Hospital, Randall Children's Hospital, and Medical Office Buildings
* Disinfecting high-touch surfaces and preventing the spread of harmful pathogens
* Handling medical waste, including biohazards, blood products, bodily fluids, sharps disposal, linen, and pharmaceutical waste
* Interacting with patients, including COVID-positive individuals, to actively prevent disease from spreading
* Participating in process improvement activities and other duties as required
**Essential Qualifications**
