**Job Overview**
As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex in our retail locations, where you'll interact with customers, resolve issues, and provide personalized support. **Key Responsibilities**
Some of your key duties may include:
* Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
* Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex safety guidelines and protocols
* Managing responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing site, and ensuring seamless operations
* Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
* Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing and storage of packages
**Physical Demands and Requirements**
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be required to:
* Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
* Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
* Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
