Your responsibilities will include: * Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. * Updating and Maintaining Records: Regularly updating and maintaining records, files, and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Operating Office Equipment: Proficiently operating a wide range of office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, and printers. * Communicating with Clients: Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Scheduling Appointments: Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events with clients and internal stakeholders. **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * Great Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and executive leadership. * Experience with Computers and Software: Proficiency in using computers and software, including Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of data entry and record-keeping principles. * Experience with Office Equipment: Familiarity with basic office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, and printers. * QuickBooks Knowledge: Experience with QuickBooks, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and data entry. * Writing and Typing Skills: The ability to write clearly and concisely, with a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute. * High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. * Teamwork and Collaboration: The ability to work well with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership and management. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience with customer service software and systems. * Familiarity with data analysis and reporting principles. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **Benefits and Compensation** arenaflex offers a competitive salary, ranging from $15.50 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
