**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Monitoring alarm systems and taking messages according to client specifications
* Transferring calls via our computer system, based on instructions provided by clients
* Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments for various industries
* Providing emergency dispatching services, ensuring timely and effective responses to critical situations
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Basic computer proficiency, including web-based applications, keyboard functions, and other essential skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Experience on the Amtelco platform is a plus, but not required
* A flexible and adaptable personality, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* A genuine friendly and compassionate approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills
* The ability to work 1 weekend day, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
