We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live their healthiest life, regardless of their background or circumstances. **The Role** As a Customer Service Advocate - National Remote, you will be responsible for building trust with members enrolled in arenaflex benefit plans across their healthcare lifecycle. You will be a single stop resource on all plan-related questions, assisting members with medical and pharmacy benefits, eligibility, claim resolution, dental and vision issues, and promoting healthcare literacy. You will connect members to appropriate resources with consideration to their healthcare needs and resolve complex benefit and claim issues on their behalf. **Key Responsibilities** * Listen actively and ask appropriate questions to identify specific questions or issues, and document inquiries from members of arenaflex's programs regarding medical, vision, dental, pharmacy plan details, plan/program eligibility, and medical claims. * Use multiple databases, tools, and partnerships to refer and enroll members to appropriate internal specialists and programs based on their needs. * Interpret and translate clinical/medical terminology and coding to assist members with managing costs using simple language. * Adapt to communicated changes in process, policy, and guidelines quickly at site and enterprise level. * Educate members about the fundamentals of healthcare benefits and plans. * Assist members to maximize use of community services, support programs, and resources available. * Meet performance goals established for the position in efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, schedule adherence, and attendance. **Requirements** * 1+ years in a customer service environment * Must be 18 years of age or older * Ability to work Monday - Friday during our normal business hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm and 12:30pm - 9:00pm CST.
