We're a culture that values individuality and recognizes the unique contributions of each team member. **What You'll Do** As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for: * Handling inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases * Assisting customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs * Using your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues * Helping de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism * Occasionally assisting with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary **Who We're Looking For** We're seeking a compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills.
