**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Concierge at arenaflex Centurion Lounge, you'll be responsible for:
* Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
* Taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring a seamless and personalized journey
* Creating innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and driving customer satisfaction
* Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, always putting their needs first
* Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, tailored to each customer's preferences and interests
* Offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance, helping customers plan their next adventure
* Accommodating the needs of Card Members by partnering with food and beverage lounge partners, ensuring a memorable experience
**Requirements**
To succeed as a Customer Experience Concierge at arenaflex Centurion Lounge, you'll need:
* A minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
* Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience
* A passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, always looking for ways to exceed their expectations
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction
* The ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, building trust and rapport
* Professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions, even in challenging situations
* The ability to collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced team environment, working together to deliver exceptional service
* Quick and effective decision-making in unanticipated situations, staying calm under pressure
