**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering inbound phone calls, making outbound calls, responding to emails, and managing chat sessions as assigned in accordance with established service level objectives.
* Handling requests from top VIP customers, opening cases as needed, and following up on resolution with the customer.
* Handling a complete range of inquiries with an exceptional quality of interaction, clarifying the root cause of problems, researching answers, providing solutions, and exploring alternatives.
* Providing product, program, compensation plan, and business information, as necessary.
* Assisting with order processing, enrollments, refunds, and setting up new customers; issuing RMAs if needed.
* Providing basic technical support for the back-office systems; escalating advanced issues to the IT Support staff.
* Identifying, reporting, and following up on website issues to ensure corrective action is taken.
* Providing daily updates to department management regarding the overall nature of inbound calls, emails, or chats, and any trends or concerns detected.
* Escalating unresolved problems when necessary.
* Documenting all information according to Standard Operating Procedures.
* Representing the arenaflex brand, maintaining a professional, competent, and positive demeanor always.
**Minimum Job Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
* Education: High School Diploma and 1-3 years of related experience or may have 0 years of experience plus an associate degree, or additional training, or certification.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of Contact Center Customer Care experience or 4 years of Customer Service.
* Knowledge: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
* Language: Bilingual - English and Spanish.
