Our commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and employee well-being drives everything we do. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Handling inbound support requests from partner staff or customers via email, phone, and chat * Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication * Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools * Updating, revising, and expanding upon existing customer support documentation * Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs * Working part-time (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) to ensure seamless support to our customers **Who We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Agent who embodies the arenaflex product and service-first culture.
