**Job Summary:**
We're seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals with strong communication skills to join our team as Customer Care Advisors. As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments with clients, conducting virtual presentations, and assisting clients with policy selection and additional coverage. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional service to our clients
* Schedule appointments with clients who have requested our benefits
* Conduct virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits
* Assist new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage
* Complete applications and ensure underwriting requirements are met
* Track and report daily activity and sales metrics
* Participate in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge

**Minimum Qualifications:**
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Must be 18 years or older
