As a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and helping them achieve their goals. **Job Summary:** We're seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals with strong communication skills to join our team as Customer Care Advisors. As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments with clients, conducting virtual presentations, and assisting clients with policy selection and additional coverage.
