**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, handling high-volume calls, and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
* Handle high-volume calls and resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize arenaflex's solution information section strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment and enter information into the proper system
* Handle patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for handling
* Investigate to obtain missing prescription data and decipher clinical shortened forms (SIG codes)
* Settle all data entry-related exceptions
* Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation
* Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities
* Settle on phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or in any case settle the Outsider Oddballs

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school certificate or GED
