**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, working closely with stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement through data-driven insights. As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for conducting information analysis, creating business cases, and developing recommendations to improve business processes. You'll work closely with our team to identify opportunities for enhancement and implement changes that drive business success.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct information analysis to identify key drivers and feasibility of solution options
* Create and maintain a comprehensive understanding of business processes related to the 340B program
* Collaborate with colleagues to provide business decision support and analysis at various levels
* Perform client-specific program analysis and develop recommendations to improve program execution
* Examine relevant data to suggest framework and functional process changes and improvements
* Develop and present findings and recommendations to various levels within the organization
* Foster strong working relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders to facilitate data exchange and collaboration
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the 340B program to identify opportunities for enhancement
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, mathematics)
* Experience in performing information analysis and data management tasks
* Ability to create and present business cases and recommendations to various levels within the organization
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Experience working with Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with pharmacy data at a retail pharmacy, pharmacy benefit manager, benefit consultancy, or managed care organization
* Experience with project management (e.g., planning, organizing, and overseeing resources to achieve specific project objectives and goals)
* Experience building and maintaining relationships with people at all levels of the organization, in the business community, and with vendors
* Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using pivot tables, consolidating and formatting cells, printing focused pages, or creating pivot tables)
