Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Offer additional products and/or services to customers
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Fluency in both German and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Strong focus on building customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- 1+ year of customer service experience (technical support experience preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing (work computer may be provided depending on the position offered)
- High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
- Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical support experience
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of customer service software and technology
- Certifications in customer service or technical support (e.g., CompTIA A+)
