**Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Proficiency in Spanish, Vietnamese, and Chinese
* Strong communication skills

* Typing skills of at least 35 words per minute

**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Inbound Call Center Representative, your responsibilities will include:
* Answering inbound calls and assisting callers with their EZ Tag accounts
* Processing toll violation payments
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to our residents
* Working collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns
**Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* A clean criminal background check
* Experience handling billing inquiries and addressing changes in Spanish, Vietnamese, and Chinese
* Experience in a call center or similar environment is preferred
