About Our Remote Work-From-Home Team
Our arenaflex work-from-home team is spread across 40 preferred residency states in the USA. Please note that we're currently not hiring from AK, CA, HI, or outside of the United States. What You'll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing exceptional service. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:
- Answering incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
- Conducting research to provide accurate and timely answers to customer inquiries
- Resolving customer issues with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed as a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll need:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient privacy
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and high-speed internet access (> 15 mbps)
- A reliable headset (USB wired headset recommended) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android
