About Our Remote Work-From-Home Team Our arenaflex work-from-home team is spread across 40 preferred residency states in the USA. Please note that we're currently not hiring from AK, CA, HI, or outside of the United States. As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our team, making a real difference in the lives of our customers. What You'll Be Doing As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing exceptional service. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including: - Answering incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat - Conducting research to provide accurate and timely answers to customer inquiries - Resolving customer issues with empathy and professionalism - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences What You Bring to the Role To succeed as a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll need: - Fluency in both English and Spanish - At least 6 months of customer service experience - Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient privacy - A high school diploma or equivalent - Basic computer skills and high-speed internet access (> 15 mbps) - A reliable headset (USB wired headset recommended) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android What You Can Expect At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your career and professional development.
