**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers in a collaborative call center environment, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and answer questions
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate and timely information to customers
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment

* Experience in a call center environment
* Knowledge of customer service software and technology
