**Key Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Advocate, you will be responsible for:
* Assisting customers with complex inquiries related to financial products, including 401K and investment questions
* Providing expert guidance to customers to help them make informed decisions about their financial needs
* Collaborating with team members to achieve daily goals and support team success
* Serving as a primary point of contact for customers across the U.S. seeking to make changes to their life insurance or retirement plans
* Providing complete and detailed solutions to ensure first call resolution
* Working independently and collaboratively with a team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty
**Required Skills and Knowledge**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members
* Proficiency with computers and common office software, including CRM systems and other relevant tools
* Ability to understand general aspects of plan/contract and utilize technology to enhance conversations with customers
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
**Education and Experience**
We are looking for candidates with:
* An Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree highly preferred
* One year of experience in customer service, sales-related occupations, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members
