Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare technology sector, is seeking an Engineer - Degree Optional V to join their team. As an Engineer - Degree Optional V, you will be part of the Technical Support Department supporting healthcare professionals, patients, and technical teams. What's the Job?
Provide remote technical support for neuromodulation products, assisting healthcare professionals, field representatives, and patients with device troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Review system connectivity, interpret technical instructions, and guide users through product use and troubleshooting procedures.
Operate effectively within a regulated medical device environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and protocols.
Document technical issues, resolutions, and support interactions accurately and thoroughly.
Support system connectivity, firmware/software interactions, and data security requirements related to medical devices.
What's Needed?
Strong technical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting, diagnostic support, or device handling in healthcare or technical environments.
Excellent communication skills, with experience assisting users in high-volume or fast-paced settings.
Hands-on experience with medical devices, clinical equipment, or related healthcare technology is preferred.
Ability to interpret technical instructions, product guides, diagrams, and clinical protocols.
Familiarity with networking basics, data security, and system connectivity in medical device ecosystems is a plus.
