Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and referrals What We?re Looking For: ? Experience: 1+ year of recent acute care ER RN experience (required) ? Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma ? Licensure: Active FL RN license (or multistate compact license) ? Certifications: ? BLS (required before start) ? ACLS & PALS (must obtain within 90 days of hire) ?
