Consistently demonstrates initiative as well as problem-solving skills. Adheres to professional standards with all team members and stakeholders. Other duties as assigned. Provides writing support on comments to federal agencies. Coordinates relevant research and compiles feedback from a range of stakeholders. Conducts research and data analysis to support the development of evidence-based policy positions. Tracks, monitors, and analyzes federal regulatory, legislative, and other policy issues. Creates data visualization to clearly communicate insights and findings to various stakeholders. Regularly communicates progress and concerns affecting policy and regulatory issues through written and oral reports. This necessitates advanced proficiency in manipulating and displaying data in Excel through complex functions and pivot tables, alongside a thorough familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, to generate insightful reports and presentations. • Candidates must exhibit exceptional research and analysis skills, underpinned by an excellent ability to communicate both verbally and in written form. This includes the capacity to convey complex data and public policy issues in layman terms, ensuring that insights are accessible to a broad audience. A keen interest in public policy or government relations further enhances the ability to understand and articulate these issues effectively to various stakeholders. • Independent time management and prioritization skills are essential, enabling the consistent meeting of deadlines while managing projects from initiation to completion.
