Role Overview – Customer Success Project Manager (SaaS Implementations) As a Customer Success Project Manager at arenaflex, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of our SaaS platforms for enterprise‑level customers. Reporting directly to the Director of the Customer Success Project Management Office (PMO), you will own the end‑to‑end project lifecycle—from pre‑sales discovery through post‑implementation review and closure. Your expertise will ensure that each implementation is on scope, on schedule, within budget, and delivers the promised business value to our clients. This role sits at the nexus of Customer Success, Implementation, Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Marketing. You will partner closely with a dedicated Customer Success Manager on each engagement, leading a team of Implementation Analysts and collaborating with the Customer Success Operations group to guarantee that integrations, advanced reporting, and data migration are completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities - Project Scope & Planning: Define and document clear project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in partnership with sales, product, and client stakeholders. - Lifecycle Management: Execute detailed project plans using arenaflex’s proprietary project management platform, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and adjusting schedules as needed. - Stakeholder Communication: Provide consistent, transparent updates to internal teams and external customers, highlighting milestones, risks, and strategic adjustments. - Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Marketing to align implementation activities with product roadmaps and go‑to‑market strategies. - Team Leadership: Direct a group of Implementation Analysts, ensuring task ownership, quality of work, and adherence to defined timelines. - Risk Management: Proactively identify potential obstacles, develop mitigation plans, and communicate contingencies to both internal leadership and client executives. - Standardization & Best Practices: Contribute to the PMO’s effort to refine a repeatable delivery model, documenting lessons learned and sharing best practices across the project management community at arenaflex. - Customer Advocacy: Serve as the trusted advisor for each client, championing their goals while aligning them with arenaflex’s value proposition. - Post‑Implementation Review: Conduct closure activities, capture success metrics, and solicit feedback to drive continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. - Minimum 5 years of hands‑on project management experience delivering SaaS solutions to corporate customers. - Demonstrated success managing full‑life‑cycle implementations, from discovery through hand‑over and support. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to C‑level executives, technical engineers, and cross‑functional teams. - Expertise with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) and a deep understanding of when to apply each. - Proven track record of building trust, influencing stakeholders, and delivering projects on time and within budget. - High degree of resourcefulness, problem‑solving agility, and a “customer‑first” orientation.
