Job Description: • Media Mastermind: Proven expertise in managing omni-channel campaigns, from brand awareness to direct response. • First-Party Data Guru: Skilled in leveraging first-party data and AI for precision targeting, optimization, and creative development. • Dynamic Storyteller: Adept at crafting compelling presentations and delivering them with confidence to diverse audiences. • Agile and Collaborative: Thrives in fast-paced environments with a knack for building strong partnerships across teams. • Analytical Powerhouse: Data-driven and ROI-obsessed, with a proactive approach to uncovering opportunities for optimization. • Creative Visionary: Experienced in leading dynamic, personalized creative campaigns that make a lasting impact. Required Skills, Experiences, Education and Competencies: • Experience: 9-12 years of experience in paid media strategy and execution, with a track record of managing large budgets and delivering results. Hospitality or franchise experience is a plus but not required. • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, influence, and inspire teams and stakeholders. • Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced certifications in media platforms (Google, Meta, CTV platforms, etc.) or digital marketing are a big plus.
