Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures that align with legal and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and assess the organization's compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization and ensure compliance.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with leadership and other departments to ensure compliance is integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations.
Provide training and education to employees on compliance policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
Investigate and address any compliance-related concerns or violations.
Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory agencies and serve as the primary point of contact for compliance matters.
Develop and maintain a compliance reporting system to track and report on compliance activities and progress.
Serve as a resource for employees, providing guidance and support on compliance matters.
Manage a team of compliance professionals and provide mentorship and professional development opportunities.
Communicate and collaborate with leadership to ensure a strong culture of ethics and integrity throughout the organization.
Stay informed of industry best practices and trends in compliance and make recommendations for improvements to compliance programs.
Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required.
