Merchology is a leading eCommerce retailer specializing in B2B sales of co-branded merchandise. The Digital Marketing Specialist will support marketing campaigns through content creation and cross-channel execution to enhance brand presence and drive customer acquisition. Responsibilities - Support execution of multi-channel communication plans with direction from Marketing Manager including lookbook launches, ongoing campaigns, and seasonal initiatives across email, websites, social, paid, and print channels - Create compelling messaging and content primarily for email, website, social, paid, and print channels (ex. LinkedIn newsletters, online articles, email copy) - Help coordinate marketing efforts and create content that supports customer acquisition and retention in collaboration with the Sales and Ecommerce teams - Partner closely with Product Strategy, Brand Activation, and Customer Success teams to develop communications materials to support cross-functional initiatives, including both broad marketing initiatives and targeted account-based efforts - Develop an understanding of the CRM lead lifecycle to support lead tracking, campaign coordination, and updates to marketing channels (ex. Automated email programs) - Support website content updates (ex. articles) and SEO/GEO initiatives that improve Merchology’s organic visibility to help drive qualified traffic to Merchology.com - Report on marketing performance metrics across channels, primarily email, social, and lead activity, to monitor communication effectiveness using performance data Skills - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, or a related field - 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or a similar role - Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and tailor messaging across channels - Experience executing communication plans for campaigns and cross-functional initiatives - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content best practices - Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and CMS - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities independently, and adapt to new content trends - Proactive, enthusiastic self-starter with a creative approach to problem solving - Ability to successfully contribute and collaborate in both in-person and remote work environments - Experience with HubSpot and Shopify Benefits - Generous PTO (18 days per year) - 8 company-paid holidays - Hybrid work schedule for select departments - 40 hours of paid volunteer time - 401(k) with match - Medical and dental insurance options, FSA, and HSA (with company HSA match), Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity, Short- and Long-Term disability insurance options - Company-paid life insurance - Company-sponsored social events - Premium brand partner discounts - Employee-led Committees Company Overview - Merchology is a USA based company which produces custom embroidered corporate clothing and logo gifts.
