Job Summary: Koozie Group is a leading promotional products company that designs and sources decorated branded merchandise, primarily manufactured in Asia with extended lead times of 90–150+ days. Accuracy in demand planning directly drives inventory positioning decisions made months in advance, making this a high-impact role within our supply chain organization. This is a remote-eligible position. This position drives the monthly demand planning process (including statistical and consensus / collaborative forecasting approaches). This individual will maintain recurring updates of a "finished goods" forecast. This person is responsible for alignment across the cross-functional S&OP team, including sales, marketing, supply chain planning, customer service, distribution, and manufacturing.  Responsibilities:  - Key participant in monthly collaborative demand review as part of the S&OP process.  - Develop and maintain a monthly demand forecast for all finished goods parts using order and shipment history, sales and marketing information, market intelligence, and industry trends to inform the projected demand.  - Influence and collaborate with key partners in sales, supply planning, marketing, and finance to understand and interpret the potential impact demand drivers can have on demand and adjust the statistical forecast to reflect those impacts.  - Analyze and develop insights on data from customer point of sales data systems and internal order management systems.  - Lead continuous improvement efforts to advance the demand planning and forecasting process capabilities.  - Maintain forecast vs. actual history data by customer, product family, channel, geography, and SKU.  - Develop and maintain monthly forecast accuracy and forecast bias metrics. Qualifications: - Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in a demand planner role within an MRP/ERP environment or equivalent education, Associates or Bachelor degree preferred.  - Competency in demand planning systems (GAINS, Blue Yonder (JDA), Relex, o9 Solutions, Kinaxis etc) - Demonstrated strengths in forecasting, new product launches and data analysis. - Experience in forecasting for long lead time products sourced globally is strongly preferred; prior experience in promotional products, consumer goods, or branded merchandise is a plus. - Must demonstrate a strong understanding of forecasting including the use of statistical models, ability to perform in-depth data analysis, trend analysis and the ability to map processes and weigh alternatives and individual factors to choose the best course of action. - Strong technical background/skills with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, , and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). - Demonstrate the ability to balance the needs of the organization and the needs of the customer. - Acts with a sense of urgency.
