St. Thomas Community Health Center (STCHC) is hiring a Data Quality & Reporting Analyst to help ensure the accuracy, reliability, and operational impact of the data that drives our clinical and operational decisions.

Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
Responsibilities
• Monitor recurring clinical and operational reports for unexpected trends or anomalies
• Maintain and validate Tableau dashboards used by leadership and operational teams
• Pull data from approved reporting environments to support dashboard updates and reporting needs
• Investigate unexpected metric changes and determine whether issues are data-related or operational
• Manage recurring report distribution to leadership and program teams
• Track follow-up actions when performance issues are identified
• Support simple ad hoc data requests and operational analyses
• Help maintain reporting continuity during leadership absences
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, healthcare, public health, informatics, or related field
• 2–6 years of experience in healthcare analytics or reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience working with Tableau dashboards
• Basic SQL knowledge (ability to read or modify queries)
• Strong analytical reasoning and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Nice-to-haves
• Experience working in healthcare or Federally Qualified Health Centers
• Familiarity with Epic reporting tools such as Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, or Clarity extracts
• Experience supporting clinical quality or operational performance reporting
