**About the Role:**
As a Customer Support Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be part of a global, fully remote team that's passionate about delivering world-class support. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Support Engineering, you'll be responsible for resolving customer concerns, creating and improving internal tooling, and engineering solutions to help arenaflex customers get the most out of our platform.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Solving complex, interesting cases for arenaflex customers, often requiring collaboration with our engineering team
* Troubleshooting customer issues, working closely with other teams to provide advice and assistance
* Developing and improving internal tools alongside our engineering team, ensuring seamless integration and scalability
* Specializing in a few product areas, owning and driving expertise within the team
* Improving existing documentation, processes, and policies, and identifying new opportunities for growth
* Assisting Customer Success Managers with Enterprise requests, providing exceptional support to our most valued customers
**What We're Looking For:**
* A customer-centric problem-solver with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to earn customers' trust and understand technical problems quickly
* Frontend development experience with Next.js, with a solid understanding of modern web architecture, frontend frameworks, cloud technologies, serverless computing, and DNS
* Experience with incident management and procedural communication, with a focus on delivering a customer experience second to none
* Comfortable working with a fully remote, globally distributed team, with a passion for collaboration and teamwork
* Availability to work within a weekend and on-call rota, with a flexible approach to scheduling
**Nice to Have:**
* Experience with CDNs and a good understanding of caching techniques
* Work with monorepos and/or custom, complex CI/CD pipelines

**Salary Range:**
The San Francisco, CA pay range for this role is $100,000.00 - $140,000.00. This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
