Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their customers in the Online and Software division.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints.
Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively and efficiently assist customers via phone, email, and chat.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and technology advancements to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with customers, even in challenging situations.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately and thoroughly.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and escalate any recurring issues to management.
Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling sensitive customer information.
