Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Checkout Support - Package & Transport: Accurately bag groceries, label bags, and guide customers to their vehicles, ensuring items are handled with care. - Assist with Unloading: Help customers unload merchandise from carts or baskets, offering a friendly hand and a smile. - Product Location Guidance: Direct shoppers to the aisle or department where specific items are found. - Engage & Communicate: Greet each guest warmly, listen attentively to their needs, and answer basic product or store‑policy questions. Stocking, Sanitation & Store Maintenance - Basket & Cart Management: Gather empty baskets, relocate carts, and reposition “Buddy Bucks” dispensers. - Restocking & Staging: Fill bag stations, replenish checkout supplies, and place merchandise back in its proper location. - Cleaning & Safety: Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and power‑wash designated areas; replace anti‑fatigue mats; maintain a tidy checkout and return center. - Trash & Waste Handling: Collect trash inside and outside the store, ensuring a clean, safe environment for shoppers and staff.
