**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Champion, your duties will include:
* Delivering world-class customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns over the phone
* Documenting necessary information, such as claim details, customer's change of details, and other pertinent information
* Building meaningful relationships with our customers through a customer-first approach, understanding their situation and needs, answering questions, and ensuring each customer knows arenaflex has their back

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* English language fluency required
