Description of Work The CSDW Liaison serves as the lead contact for the business operations of the Client Services Data Warehouse (CSDW) related to Subsidized Child Care Assistance (SCCA) Program data and analysis. Data housed in CSDW come from both the North Carolina Families Accessing Services through Technology (NC FAST) system and the Smart Start Reporting System (SSRS). The CSDW Liaison creates, edits, and publishes reports and queries, completes data mapping when necessary, validates data for accuracy, and investigates and resolves any issues that may arise. The CSDW Liaison collaborates with a variety of customers, partners, and stakeholders and periodically provides training and technical assistance to Subsidy Services staff on the use of CSDW. Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences Salary Range: $43,267 - $75,718 Recruitment Range: $43,267 - $63,227 Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement. The Knowledge Skills and Abilities/ Management Preferences are not required. Applicants who possess the following skills are preferred. - Demonstrated experience using a database system, creating and editing reports/queries, and understanding data sets. - Demonstrated experience with information analysis and interpreting procedural guidelines to troubleshoot on behalf of system users. - Advanced level in Microsoft applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook) and considerable knowledge of the SCCA Program policy and NC FAST functionality related to the program. - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with internal and external partners and customers. - Demonstrated ability to work independently when necessary and demonstrated ability to work in team setting. This position is funded in part through federal funds.  This position will close at 11:59 p.m. the night before the end date. About the Division Child Development and Early Education (DCDEE): The Division of Child Development and Early Education (DCDEE) implements quality standards for child care and increases access to families and their children across North Carolina.
