Responsibilities
- Represent clients in criminal matters, including misdemeanors and felonies
- Appear in court for arraignments, hearings, bench and jury trials
- Conduct client meetings and manage communications in both English and Spanish
- Develop case strategies, negotiate plea agreements, and maintain case files
- Ensure timely handling of all court and client-related deadlines
Skills
- Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia State Bar
- Fluent or Professional Proficient in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation
