This role involves maintaining project timelines, organizing deliverables, and ensuring smooth communication between teams to facilitate product launches and marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining creative project timelines and deliverables lists to support product launches and marketing campaigns
- Update and track project status in Lytho and monday.com, helping keep teams informed on deadlines and progress
- Coordinate with Creative, Brand Marketing, and other internal teams to help ensure assets move through the workflow smoothly
- Help organize and maintain deliverables lists, dashboards, and project updates
- Support the quality check process by reviewing final files for basic accuracy, naming conventions, and file organization before delivery
- Assist with preparing and distributing approved assets to the appropriate teams, platforms, or vendors
- Support eCommerce and retail launches by helping coordinate the delivery of product imagery and other marketing assets
- Track project dependencies and communicate status updates to project leads or the Art Director when timelines shift
- Help maintain organized asset libraries and documentation across projects
- Follow established creative workflow processes and documentation standards
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, creative traffic, marketing support, or a similar role within a brand, marketing, or creative environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple projects and deadlines
- Familiarity with project management or workflow tools such as Lytho, monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms
- Comfortable working with multiple teams and helping coordinate deliverables across departments
- Attention to detail when organizing files, reviewing deliverables, and tracking project updates
- Clear communicator who can provide status updates and follow up on outstanding items
- Self-starter who enjoys supporting teams in fast-paced creative environments
