Overview:
We are a growing family employment agency specializing in W-2 nanny placements and structured household staffing. We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Specialist to support per-client contract customization on an as-needed basis.
This role is focused on structured contract drafting and customization using established templates. It is not a legal advisory position.

Responsibilities:
• Customize pre-drafted employment contract templates per family placement
• Ensure accuracy in client-specific details such as schedule, compensation, scope of work, and start dates
• Format and finalize W-2 caregiver employment agreements
• Coordinate contract revisions based on agency feedback
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive family and employment information
• Flag inconsistencies or potential issues in contract language for internal review

• Candidates should have experience with employment contracts or HR documentation

Ideal Candidate:
• Experience drafting or editing employment contracts, HR documents, or caregiver agreements
• Familiarity with household employment (nannies, caregivers, domestic staff) is strongly preferred
• Understanding of W-2 employment structure is a plus
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working on a per-project, recurring basis

$45–$65 per hour, depending on experience and fit
