New position. WHAT TYPES OF STAFFING CHALLENGES OR HEADACHES HAVE YOU EXPERIENCED IN THE PAST? • Resumes that include extensive details for candidates with limited actual experience. Especially, with candidates who may have participated on “many” projects but were not required to implement a project from start to finish or provide significant contribution to the project. • Recruiters submitting multiple, clearly unqualified candidates • Candidates are unable to prepare and deliver a coherent presentation as part of the interview process. • Resumes that exceed two pages (2-4) make it difficult to review timely. Notes To Recruiters • Previous experience in health care related information technology, insurance information technology, Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS), Medicaid eligibility, or social services eligibility, while not necessary, will be helpful. • This position requires excellent communications skills including effective oral and written communication. Scope Of The Project THIS PROJECT INCLUDES MAKING FEDERALLY MANDATED CHANGES FOR THE MEDICAID SYSTEM OF SC. THIS POSITION WILL PERFORM MONTHLY BILLING EXTRACTION FROM SOLARWINDS, EXCEL AND TRANSPOSE THE DATA FOR BILLING. AUTOMATE THE TASKS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. OTHER DUTIES TO INCLUDE MAINTAINING EXECUTIVE DASHBOARD AND PROVIDE TIER 1 SUPPORT FOR BMC FOOTPRINTS TICKETING SYSTEM. Daily Duties / Responsibilities THE COMPUTER OPERATION ROLE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GATHERING INFRASTRUCTURE DATA AND ASSISTING WITH UPDATING EXCEL SPREADSHEETS TO BE SHARED WITH MITS BILLING DEPARTMENT. ALSO MANAGE AND SUPPORT THE MITS INTERACTIVE DASHBOARD. AND ASSET MANAGEMENT TASKS. ASSIST WITH DOCUMENTING THE PROCESS OF EACH OF THE TASKS. DOCUMENT, UPDATE AND VERIFY THE STEPS IN COLLABORATING WITH THE TECH WRITER. AS A TIER1 SUPPORT TEAM MEMBER, SERVE AS BACKUP TO FOOTPRINTS ADMINISTRATOR. COLLABORATE WITH FOOTPRINTS TICKETING ADMINISTRATOR TO MAKE NECESSARY CHANGES TO FORMS, WORKSPACES AND DEVELOP FAQS. COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY IN BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN COMMUNICATION. WORK Collaboratively With Clemson Staff And Other Contracted Staff.
