6‑month contract |  Full‑time or 3–4 days/week |  Fully remote   Are you great at turning complex messages into something people actually understand and engage with?   Do you love shaping narratives, driving behaviour change, and bringing learning to life?  We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services organisation that’s transforming how learning and development is experienced across the business — and they’re looking for a communications expert to help lead the way.   The Opportunity   The organisation has a strong learning offer and plenty of great content. The challenge now? Ensuring people know about it, understand it, and want to use it.   As a Communication & Engagement Specialist, you’ll own the learning communications narrative — clarifying the value of learning, increasing engagement, and supporting a shift towards more decentralised, learner‑driven development. This is a high‑visibility role where your work will make a real impact across a large, regulated organisation.   What You’ll Do   Strategy & Storytelling - Create and deliver an organisation‑wide communications and engagement strategy for learning - Develop a clear, compelling narrative that explains what learning is available and why it matters - Turn complex ideas into simple, engaging messages   Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with senior learning leaders and key stakeholders - Influence direction, test ideas and align priorities - Build strong partnerships across HR, Internal Comms and the wider business   Campaigns & Delivery - Plan and deliver communications across multiple internal channels - Run targeted engagement campaigns to boost awareness and participation - Use engagement insights to refine and improve communications - Ensure messaging is consistent, on‑brand and compliant   Trusted Advisor - Act as a go‑to communications expert for the learning leadership team - Bring fresh thinking and external best practice - Operate confidently within a regulated financial services environment   About You   You’ll need: - Proven experience delivering internal communications in large, complex organisations - A strong track record of engagement or behaviour‑change campaigns - Confidence working with senior stakeholders - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle priorities   Nice to have: - Experience in learning, talent, HR or employee experience - Financial services or regulated environment exposure - Experience with digital channels and engagement analytics - Understanding of behaviour change or culture‑focused communications   Contract Details - Contract: 6 months - Working pattern: Full‑time (part‑time 3–4 days considered) - Location: Location agnostic - Start: ASAP (flexible for the right person)    Why This Role?
