Job Description: • Sell Property & Casualty (P&C) commercial insurance to small and mid-sized businesses • Quote, rate, and place new business by working with carriers and wholesale partners • Manage leads and daily outreach through our CRM to drive pipeline and close opportunities • Advise clients on risk exposures and recommend tailored coverage solutions • Collaborate with internal brokers and underwriters to secure optimal placements • Drive new policy sales and hand off bound accounts to account management for a seamless client experience Requirements: • 3-5 years of commercial insurance experience, with strong exposure to E&S lines • Active P&C license in good standing • Proven ability to manage high volumes of inbound submissions and warm transfers • Hands-on experience rating, quoting, and placing business across multiple E&S and admitted carriers • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative, client-first approach • Self-starter with a track record of driving results in a fast paced, high growth environment • Highly organized with excellent time management skills • Comfortable learning and navigating new technology, carrier portals, and underwriting systems • Experience using CRM/AMS platforms and comparative rating tools Benefits: • Warm inbound leads- no cold outreach • Clear growth path into Senior or Enterprise roles • Modern tools built specifically for insurance brokers • Fast-paced environment with real ownership and impact
